Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, community activist Zohran Kwame Mamdani, and tenant organizer Marcela Mitaynes! Activists from across NYC will share their campaigns to resist gentrification and displacement of their neighborhoods, especially the recent corporate and city-led rezoning and developments that threaten to push us out!

TOMORROW, 6-8 PM: Know Your Housing
and Tenant Rights!Despite a NY State and federal eviction moratorium, landlords are trying to illegally evict tenants through harassment, fake eviction letters, lockouts, and other forms of intimidation We invite tenants to participate in a virtual Know Your Rights workshop with Queens Legal Services tomorrow at 6 PM. Conducted in English, Korean, Mandarin, and Spanish, housing activists and attorneys will present tenants' current rights and resources, with a focus on low-income, immigrant, LEP, senior, and other communities at greatest risk of COVID-19.
